The reason for the top: the earliest
discovered mermaid, made of jade (Xia, 5000BC)
She lied on the bottom of a peaceful lake
over 7000 years, waiting for someone to discover her. Fortunately her will
is coming. You can see her delicate pose. Her skin reveals what encounter
she had, the thick epitaxed deposites over the cold winter and hot summer.
She is really a white jade, created as the general Hong-Shang sculptures:
two animals combined in one with an exaggerated feature. No doubt she is
the first mermaid of the world. What I can say is "nice to meet you,
miss China! We are alive through the warring history of China."
